These Terms govern your use of the True Rent website and browser extension. By using True Rent, you agree to these Terms.

License and Pass

True Rent is provided to consumers as a B2C software license (a "pass"). A pass grants personal, non-transferable access to features for the applicable subscription or period purchased.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use a paid pass.

No Affiliation with Listing Portals

True Rent is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rightmove, Zoopla, or OnTheMarket.

Service Availability and "As Is" Basis

True Rent is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or suitability for any specific purpose.

User Responsibilities

• Use the service lawfully and in good faith.
• Do not attempt to interfere with or misuse the service.
• Verify important property and financial information independently before making decisions.

Refunds and Consumer Rights

Refund requests are handled in line with UK consumer law, including your statutory rights. Where required, eligible refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, True Rent is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version on this page applies from its published date.
